Qualitative Social Science

My ability to navigate the intricacies of qualitative data is enhanced by my proficiency in using NVivo, a qualitative data analysis computer software package. Geographic Information System (GIS)

Public Speaking & Extension
During my two years working for FWC, I not only developed four new outreach programs but also represented the agency at public meetings. Additionally, my public speaking skills were recognized at the 27th Biennial CERF Conference and 2024 AERS confeence, where I earned the Best Graduate Student Oral Presentation award. These experiences underscore my ability to articulate scientific findings in a clear and impactful manner, showcasing my ability to effectively communicate topics to diverse audiences
Bioacoustics
My expertise extends to the realm of bioacoustic analysis, with a specialization in studying avians. Using trained AI models, have characterized calls, providing insights into avian communication systems. Furthermore, my work in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, collaborating with Florida International University and Cornell University, showcased my ability to apply bioacoustic data collection and analysis in developing local capacity for monitoring parrots.
